Isobelle Rose

Make/model  A to Z widebeam

Length - 57ft

Beam -   11ft

Construction - Fibreglasss

Engine - Vetus 65

‘Isobelle Rose’ was built in 2012 by A to Z marine and has been used as a liveaboard ever since. She is unique, as, although she looks like a standard widebeam she is in fact constructed entirely from fiberglass. She is CE marked as a category D vessel.

The current owner has maintained her well and she recently had the engine serviced, despite only having 10 hours on the clock. She has brand new batteries (3 x leisure, 1 x engine) and a new battery charger. There is a brand new boat safety certificate on her. There is a folder containing all the paperwork from the build of the boat, instruction manuals and receipts for parts from the service of the engine etc.

She is heated by a webasto hydronic system which runs off the diesel tank. There is also a multifuel burner in the living area. The water is heated by the calorifier, immersion or through the central heating. The windows are double glazed and boat is spray foam insulated. There are 2 solar panels on the roof.

The layout is as follows:

Stern deck with pram covers, good access to the engine bay which houses the battery bank, inverter, charger and solar control charge unit. There is a gas locker which doubles as a seat. The engine is a Vetus 65, recently serviced with only 10 hours on the clock, with a PRM260 gearbox.

A sliding hatch with double doors opens on to the steps which lead down to the galley. This has a full size gas cooker, fridge, sink, washing machine and lots of storage and work surfaces.  The breakfast bar leads on to the living area which has a sofa and multi fuel burner with ample room for more chairs if needed.

The corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. There are some storage units in the gunnels which come with the boat. The first bedroom is a good sized single room, with built in single bed and wardrobe. The blackwater tank is under this bed.

The bathroom is next door. There is an electric flush pumpout toilet here (the current owner also has a portapotti in the bathroom for emergency use as he is on a fixed mooring at the moment where there is no pumpout facility). A good sized shower and sink with vanity unit make up the rest of this well designed room.

The master bedroom has a fixed double bed with storage below, wardrobes and bed side tables. Double doors lead to the bow deck which is large enough to have a table and 2 chairs. The water tank is under the bow, the owner does not know the exact size of the tank but states it has been ample for his needs.

The roof of the boat has solar panels and decking. There is a layer insulation between the decking and fiberglass roof (on top of the insulation in the boat). The decking area has been used as an additional seating area in the summer.

This boat has a comfortable home for the owner for the last 8 years but due to a change in his circumstances it is now up for sale. This boat is definitely worth viewing as it is deceptively spacious (partly due to the bow deck being slightly shorter than standard builds). It is a good size for cruising and / or mooring.

Viewing is strictly by appointment only as the boat is currently moored at the end of a private garden. Please contact us to arrange a viewing.

 Price: £79,950
