‘Dragonfly’ is a nice example of the trusted DC30 broads cruiser boat, built in 1970, in need of some cosmetic modernisation.

She has a good working BMC engine, a boat safety certificate until July 2023 and is ready to go. She would make a nice liveaboard or a great holiday boat.

From the bow deck (which has seating in the well, and a large storage locker), there are double wooden doors leading in to the open plan living / galley area (sliding hatch not currently sliding). The helm is also positioned here, with fixed seating. The living area currently has a sofa bed in it but this could easily be changed for something a little smaller.

The galley has a large of work surface, a sink gas cooker with hob, lots of storage and space for a fridge.

A door leads into the bathroom which has a sink, shower and portapotti.

There is a further door leading to the bedroom. Here there is a fixed small double bed, with storage below. There is further built in storage and a door to the stern deck.

Access to the engine bay is on the stern deck. It is a 35hp BMC diesel engine.
